Since the ministerial decree came into force on 27 June 2025, smoking has been prohibited throughout the Les Arcs/Peisey-Vallandry ski area. This ban applies to all areas of the ski resort, without exception.

It is therefore now prohibited to smoke on all downhill, cross-country and ski touring slopes. The ban also applies to the resort's recreational areas, lift queues and the lifts themselves, regardless of the type of lift (chairlift, ski lift, gondola lift, etc.).

This measure aims to protect everyone's health and reduce pollution caused by cigarette butts.
