How to create an account?
You have the possibility of registering with your social media (Google or Facebook) or your email address. Fill in all the required fields and validate.

 

Do I always have to use the same account?
Yes, please use always the same account because your contact and your microship card numbers are registered.

 

I’ve lost my password?

Click on «forgot your password?» and enter your e-mail address. Within the next minute, you will receive a link by mail to reset your password.
*If you do not receive any mail, please check your unwanted mail (SPAM).

 

How to update my personal information?
Connect to your account then select "My Account" and "My personnal information". There you can edit your details.

*You can not change "Birth date" and "email address", to do this, please contact us at : contact.ads@compagniedesalpes.fr

 

How to update my password?
Connect to your account then select "My account" and "My password."

 

How do I update my participants?
You can only add a participant when you order a Season Pass and an order on the Yuge application. They will then be registered in the ‘My Account’ - ‘My participants’ area.
Once entered, it is only possible to change the first name and surname of a participant. To do this, log in to ‘My account’ and select the ‘My participants’ tab.

You cannot add or delete participants or change their date of birth in your account. To do so, please

What kind of passes or altitude experiences can I order online?
All of our public prices passes are available online under the "Our offers" except for our Senior + pass, our beginners pass, the extension day, the extra days for season passes, the

activities are available online except the Aiguille Rouge illuminated murals, the mountain animals museum and the Malgovert giants which are in free or open access.
The entertainment on the mountain area bookable online.

 

How long in advance should I order my passes or altitude experiences?
If you do not have skicard compatible with our ski area, you can order online and choose the delivery method: home delivery D-10, sales office or quick purchase pick-up day D.

If you have skicard compatible with our ski area, you can order online at day D and for the special offers before midnight the previous day.

*if you have an essential pass or premium pass or pedestrian +, discount may apply when booking activities, see conditions

 

What should I do if I do not recevie my order?
Skicard for passes or activities are send at least 5 days before your first day of ski. If you have not received them before your departure, please contact us by mail at contact.ads@compagniedesalpes.fr or by tel 04 79 04 25 03.

 

Can I just order online a free pass for an under 5 y.o child?
Yes, perhaps a proof of age can be asked in case of a control by our staff on the mountain area.

*Tip : take a photo of the proof of age, identity card, etc.

 

Can I pick up my passes and activities ordered online in the resort?
Yes, if you choose to pick up your order at the resort, you will be able to pick up your order at one of
our sales points: very practical if you are not in time to receive your Passes at home.

What types of payment are available?
You can pay by credit card, VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay.

I'm having problems paying, what should I do?

For all online credit card payments, the banks ask you to check your details for security purposes. Remember to validate this payment via your bank's application within the allotted time.
For any other difficulties? please contact your bank to find out why your payment has been blocked.

When should I order my season / annual pass?
Our season / annual passes are available as soon as we open our sales on our online website. These passes are available throughout the season except the non-consecutive 20-day pass avaialble until december 12, 2025.

 


What photo may I use?

You should add a recent photo of the participant, clear and in front. The forehaed must be bare without headdress (helmet, hat, cap, etc.) neither ski goggles or sunglasses.

I bought a samedi je skie or a dimanche malin and I do not have a microship card.
Go to the nearest sales office to pick-up a microship card, as soon as you have it please go back in "My account" then "My orders" and associate it to your product.

Is there any special prices for disable person ?
For our foreign customers: To benefit from our 50% discount, please present a valid medical certificate (equivalent to 80%), only at point of sale. Without this certificate, we will unfortunately not be able to apply the discount. Please note that foreign parking cards are not accepted.

For our French customers: A 50% discount is granted to holders of a Carte mobilité inclusion (CMI) invalidité*. If the card indicates the "need of accompaniment," the accompanying person also benefits from the reduced rate, provided that the purchase is made simultaneously for the same offer, the same duration, and the same validity dates. This offer is only valid at the point of sale. This Pass must be used in the presence of the holder of the CMI invalidité.

I have a classic pass but I prefer to update it for an essential.

I do not ski much or I am a beginner, is there dedicated product that suits me?

I want a group price
You need to be at least 20 skiers (except senior + or -5y.o), make the request through a professional entity and pay in one settlement.

Passes have to be ordered at least 7 days before the first date of ski and have the validity date

How do I get the pictures taken on the mountain area?

  1. Download the YUGE app (available in Google Play or App store) and create your account or log in.

  2. Link your microship card under your account during the period of validity of the pass purchased.

  3. Depending on the photo point : scan your microship card at the photo kiosk and the photo is taken automatically or select your photo on the screen and scan your card.

  4. You can find your photos in the YUGE application under "My photos and videos".

*we can not access the pictures afterward if those steps have not been followed for reasons of image rights.

Give the name of the slope and if possible the number of the closest marker

What is "The Avantages"?
"The advantages" "Mes Avantages" or "Les Avantages" refers to exclusive experiences — activities, services, and privileged access — reserved for holders of a valid Pass Essentiel, Pass Premium, or Pass Piéton+.

For example: Paradiski area, fast lanes, half-day skiing, high-altitude activities, resort services.

Even if you purchased your Pass through an intermediary (accommodation provider, tour operator, transport company…), you can still benefit from these advantages.
