How to create an account?
You have the possibility of registering with your social media (Google or Facebook) or your email address. Fill in all the required fields and validate.
Do I always have to use the same account?
Yes, please use always the same account because your contact and your microship card numbers are registered.
I’ve lost my password?
Click on «forgot your password?» and enter your e-mail address. Within the next minute, you will receive a link by mail to reset your password.
*If you do not receive any mail, please check your unwanted mail (SPAM).
How to update my personal information?
Connect to your account then select "My Account" and "My personnal information". There you can edit your details.

How do I update my participants?
You can only add a participant when you order a Season Pass and an order on the Yuge application. They will then be registered in the ‘My Account’ - ‘My participants’ area.
Once entered, it is only possible to change the first name and surname of a participant. To do this, log in to ‘My account’ and select the ‘My participants’ tab.
You cannot add or delete participants or change their date of birth in your account. To do so, please contact us
What types of Pass or activities can I order online?
All public-rate Mountain Bike, Pedestrian, funicular Passes and activities are sold online, with the exception of Passes for over 75s, Vanoise-Express passes, Paradiski extension days and, temporarily, the Zipline activity.
All the activities are available online except the Aiguille Rouge illuminated murals, the mountain animals museum and the Malgovert giants which are in free or open access.
The entertainment on the mountain area bookable online.
How far in advance should I order my Passes and activities?
Orders can be placed on the day.
How do I collect my order?
Postal delivery is not available during the summer season. You must collect your pass from an an automatic machine in an space of quick purchase or from a hostess in a station sales office. (⚠️ Take your order number from your order confirmation email to collect your Passes!)
If you already have rechargeable passes from the internet, you can link them to your online order and go straight to the start of the lift.
Can I order different products (Pedestrian Pass + Mountain Bike Pass)?
Of course, you can add products to your basket at any time.
How can I take advantage of the free funicular for pedestrians and free passes for children under 5 in summer?
To take advantage of the free funicular, go directly to the departure point without going to the sales point.
A discounted mountain bike pass for children under 5 is only available at the point of sale on presentation of proof of age. Pedestrian children under the age of 5 are free of charge at all our sales outlets, but proof of age may be requested during a check at the resort.
What types of payment are available?
You can pay by credit card, VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay.
I'm having problems paying, what should I do?
For all online credit card payments, the banks ask you to check your details for security purposes. Remember to validate this payment via your bank's application within the allotted time.

I wish to cancel my online order and get a refund ?
You have to inform our customer service by mail or by filling the form.

Can I use all the lifts going up and down?
All lifts are accessible both up and down Pass required.
Can children use all the lifts?
Children under 1m25 must be accompanied by an adult on chairlifts.
Can I use the lifts with my dog?
Non-aggressive dogs are only allowed in the gondolas (access is forbidden on the chairlifts).
Can I use the lifts with my bike?
You can use all the ski lifts, except the Aiguille Rouge cable car and the Varet and Dahu cable cars, with your bike.
Can I use the ski lifts with my e-kick scooter?
You can only use the following lifts: Funiculaire, Villards, Transarc 1 and 2, Vallandry, Lonzagne and Cabriolet.
Is there any special prices for disable person ?
For our foreign customers: To benefit from our 50% discount, please present a valid medical certificate (equivalent to 80%), only at point of sale. Without this certificate, we will unfortunately not be able to apply the discount. Please note that foreign parking cards are not accepted.
For our French customers: A 50% discount is granted to holders of a Carte mobilité inclusion (CMI) invalidité*. If the card indicates the "need of accompaniment," the accompanying person also benefits from the reduced rate, provided that the purchase is made simultaneously for the same offer, the same duration, and the same validity dates. This offer is only valid at the point of sale. This Pass must be used in the presence of the holder of the CMI invalidité.
How do I get the pictures taken on the mountain area?
Download the YUGE app (available in Google Play or App store) and create your account or log in.
Link your microship card under your account during the period of validity of the pass purchased.
Depending on the photo point : scan your microship card at the photo kiosk and the photo is taken automatically or select your photo on the screen and scan your card.
You can find your photos in the YUGE application under "My photos and videos".
*we can not access the pictures afterward if those steps have not been followed for reasons of image rights.

Remain calm (do not shout at the dog) or ignore it (do not make eye contact with the dog).
