With the Funicular in Bourg-Saint-Maurice, embark on an 800 m ascent and reach the resort of Arc 1600 in only 7 minutes!

Free inter-resort shuttles are available to travel between each resort (Arc 1600, Arc 1800, Arc 1950, Arc 2000, and Peisey-Vallandry).

The funicular is accessible with the Classic, Essential, Premium, Pedestrian and Pedestrian + Passes during their validity periods.

In order to encourage soft mobility and to make the visitor participate in its ambition of carbon neutrality, the mountain domain offers a free return funicular ticket for all people travelling by train.

To collect your free round trip funicular ticket:

  • Go to the sales office on the day of your arrival in Bourg Saint Maurice*.

  • Show your train ticket and your ID

  • Receive your free return funicular ticket !
