Instalment payments with Alma

For selected orders placed on our website, you can choose to pay in instalments with Alma.

Instalment payments with Alma

Who can use instalment payments?

Instalment payments are available exclusively for purchases made on our website. To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

  • Order value of at least €180 for payment in 3 instalments

  • Order value of at least €400 for payment in 4 instalments

  • Maximum order value of €5,000

  • Bank card valid until the final instalment date

  • Bank card issued in one of the following countries:

    • France

    • Spain

    • Belgium

    • Germany

    • Italy

    • Austria

    • Ireland

    • Luxembourg

    • Netherlands

  • Mobile phone number from one of the countries listed above

How does payment in 3 instalments work?

When you choose to pay in 3 instalments:

  1. The first third of the amount is charged immediately.

  2. The applicable fees are charged with the first instalment.

  3. The second third is charged one month later.

  4. The remaining balance is charged one month after the second instalment.

How does payment in 4 instalments work?

When you choose to pay in 4 instalments:

  1. The first quarter of the amount is charged immediately.

  2. The applicable fees are charged with the first instalment.

  3. The second quarter is charged one month later.

  4. The third quarter is charged the following month.

  5. The remaining balance is charged one month after the third instalment.

Are instalment payments automatically approved?

No. Each application is reviewed by Alma. Alma reserves the right to approve or decline any request for payment in instalments. If the request is declined, the order must be paid in full.

Can I use more than one payment method for the same order?

Yes. On the website, you can pay for an order partly by bank card and partly with ANCV Connect Holiday Vouchers.

Which currency are payments made in?

All payments are processed in euros (€).
