The Paradiski Yuge application

When you first connect to the YUGE application, you will be asked to select a resort. However, if you want to change it later, here's how to do it:

In winter, the piste map is available in the "Map" section. This shows you the beginners' itineraries, the number of visitors to the lifts and the entire mountain area. These different views can be accessed by clicking on the leaf-shaped icon.

Why do some slopes or lifts appear to be missing?

During the summer, the map is accessible via the Explorer module, which allows you to consult the pedestrian and mountain bike itineraries.

To take a photo, you can scan your lift pass on the terminals provided at the various photo spots in the resort.

Note that photos are taken automatically on the Pré Saint Esprit chairlift, the Tranks mountain bike track, the 1800 toboggan and the zip line, and can be retrieved by selecting them and tagging your pass on the dedicated screen.

You will find your photos in the PASS section, under the My photos and videos tab, if you have correctly associated your valid pass number in the application.

The application does not need to access your personal photos.

Can't find your photos in Yuge? If you have followed the steps below and still can't find your photo, please contact our customer service department.

To take advantage of your benefits: open the Yuge application and go to the Pass section. Fill in your valid Pass (Essential or Premium). Once activated, go to the My advantages section to discover all the offers and discounts available with your Pass.
