In an emergency, you can always contact the 112 emergency number via your mobile phone. Even if your operator does not have network coverage in the area where you are, your device can try to connect to another available network, whether it's another operator or a public Wi-Fi network. This allows you to make an emergency call even if you are outside your usual network.

Once in communication, the people you contact will relay the alert to the emergency services. To maximise the effectiveness of your call, remember to locate yourself accurately and, if possible, use your phone's geolocation function. This information will help the emergency services to find you quickly.
