MORNING STOPOVER

From early morning, early risers can awaken their senses to the first light of day as they climb to new heights.
The area's highest panoramic terrace is located at over 2700m altitude, at the arrival of the Varet gondola at Arc 2000. Visitors can take a break from the breathtaking views of the surrounding Alpine peaks in the morning, before boarding the legendary Aiguille Rouge cable car for the ascent to the iconic Les Arcs summit at 3226m. At the top of the cable car, the Panoramic Bridge offers a 360° view and promises an unforgettable wake-up call!

STOPOVER LUNCHTIME

Feeling peckish at the crossroads?

At the arrival point of the Vallandry gondola lift (2100m), you'll find a panoramic terrace offering breathtaking views of Mont Blanc. Feeling peckish? The local produce vending machine at the entrance to the relaxation area is sure to please for lunch or a snack! Gourmets can then enjoy the comfort of the terrace for a digestive siesta or sunbathing session.

Upstairs, curious visitors can learn more about local flora and fauna in the Museum of Mountain Animals.

THE afternoon STOPOVER

The mountainsides of Arc 1600 and Arc 1800 offer spots that are worth a visit!

The terraces of the Panorama de Carreley (2380 m) and the Belvédère de Comborcière (2310 m) promise spectacular and comfortable breaks thanks to rocking chairs, two-seaters, swings and picnic tables perfectly integrated into the surrounding environment.

Just a stone's throw from the panoramic terrace of Carreley is the unmissable photo spot of Les Arcs with the Giant Letters on a sunset background!

Adorned with a monumental bench and a swing overlooking the valley, this observation site invites you to lose yourself in the elements and the immensity of the landscape. A weathervane and compass rose ensure that everyone finds their way home.
